The Shiny Starry Cat is a special shiny common pet in RoPets that can be obtained by combining 4 RoGrown Starry Cats at the Fox Shrine. It was released during the Halloween Event (2022).

The Shiny Starry Cat's appearance has a similarity to that of the Starry Cat, with a few glowing neon purple and blue-colored parts. It shares the same model as the Cat but with textural and minor asset differences.
