The Painty Pig is an evolved common pet in RoPets that can be obtained out of the Red Pet Egg Evolved at a 50% chance, or by combining 4 RoGrown Pigs at the Fox Shrine. Since the evolution chosen when combining 4 pets is random, there is a 20% chance of the player getting a Painty Pig when they combine 4 Pigs. This evolution was added to RoPets along with the Pig pet as a part of the November 4, 2021 update.

The Painty Pig acts as a base model for its succeeding shiny version, that is, the Shiny Painty Pig. It hosts resemblance to the Pig.

- Four RoGrown Pigs can be combined at the Fox Shrine to potentially result in a RoBorn Painty Pig at a 20% chance (1 out of 5).
- Four RoGrown Painty Pigs can be combined to form a Shiny Painty Pig.
- Since the Pig is common, its subsequent evolutions are also common in rarity.
