The Hippo is a rare pet in RoPets that was released as a part of the July 13, 2023 Update. It can be obtained out of the Green Pet Egg at a 20% chance and the Reward Egg at a 17% chance.

The Hippo acts as a base model for its succeeding evolutions as well as the shiny forms of its evolutions.
Evolution[]
- Four RoGrown Hippos can be combined at the Fox Shrine to potentially result in either a RoBorn Cutesy Hippo, Melon Hippo, Pastel Hippo, Starlight Hippo, or Sweetheart Hippo, each at a 20% chance (1 out of 5).
- Four RoGrown Evolved Pets can be combined to form a Shiny Pet.
- Since the Hippo is rare, its subsequent evolutions are also rare in rarity.
