There is a red zone that the object loses their collision, How do I disable it?

Hi everyone i'm very excited to join this Wiki. And I am a part of Harry Potter and Wings of Fire wikis also so if you see me on there that's why you guys can call me Addi. and yeah I think I'm going to enjoy it here cuz I love the game

Pretty sure all I have is some shiny Jasmine unicorn thing.

I am very often teleported spontaneously to the zone of houses or to the store and fashion. How to fix it? In the fashion store, the character hangs and can stand there for hours and go nowhere. Is there any way to fix this?
